Kim Perkins is an executive coach who helps leaders in STEAM organizations (science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) foster positive organizational cultures. As a doctoral candidate in Positive Organizational Psychology at Claremont Graduate University, Kim’s research illuminates how pursuing authenticity, passion and purpose builds individual leader capabilities and helps companies innovate. Her clients include Genentech, Human Longevity, Thomson-Reuters, Edison, and the Getty Leadership Institute. Kim holds a BA from Oberlin College and an MA in Evaluation and Research Methods from Claremont Graduate University.
